Refund, Return, and Replacement Policy

1. Mandatory Step for All Returns & Refunds

• No return or refund process will begin without prior communication and approval via this phone number.
• Items sent back to us without prior authorization from our helpline will not be accepted or processed.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may raise a return or replacement request within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the situation meets one of the following criteria:

• Damaged in Transit: The product delivered is physically damaged.
• Defective Product: The item has a manufacturing defect or is functionally not working.
• Wrong Item Delivered: The product received is different from what was ordered (e.g., incorrect specifications, size, or model).
• Missing Parts: The package is missing components or accessories stated in the product description.

3. Conditions for Return Acceptance

For a return to be successfully processed, the following conditions must be strictly met. We will carry out verification checks upon receiving the item:

• The product must not have been damaged while in your possession.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned with all original packaging, including the manufacturer’s box, intact MRP tags, user manuals, warranty cards, and any included accessories.

4. The Return and Inspection Process

2. Approval: Once authorized by our support team, you will receive instructions on how to return the item to our facility.
3. Inspection at Our Facility: Once the returned product is delivered to our premises, our quality check team will thoroughly inspect it to verify the reported defect or damage.
4. Immediate Resolution: Upon successful inspection and validation of the claim at our facility, we will immediately process your refund or dispatch a replacement.

5. Resolution: Replacement vs. Refund

• Replacements: If the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will gladly provide a free replacement, provided we have the exact same item in stock.
• Refunds: If you request a refund, or if we are unable to provide a replacement due to stock unavailability, a full refund will be initiated. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method or bank account within a few business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Products explicitly marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned for buyer’s remorse (e.g., you ordered the wrong item or no longer need it). However, if a non-returnable item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our helpline within the stipulated timeframe, and we will provide a resolution.
